What it does

From messy fuel exports to a report your verifier accepts.

01
Data repair
Flight plans, ACARS fuel and uplift invoices read as they are; kilos and pounds, densities, duplicates and gaps fixed, each change with its reason and an audit trail.
02
ReFuelEU per airport
Fuel required against fuel uplifted at every Union airport, the gap to 90% and the penalty exposure in euros, updated with every flight.
03
Reports in one click
The ReFuelEU aircraft operator template, EU ETS and CORSIA emissions reports, each cell traceable to the flights and invoices behind it.
04
Fuel savings
Discretionary fuel carried and not used, APU time, single-engine taxi and cost index, in euros per route and per tail.
Tankering, without the penalty

Keep most of the tankering savings, stay above 90% everywhere.

Carrying cheap fuel from home saves money until an airport drops below the ReFuelEU 90% refuelling rule. FuelLedger plans tankering per route for the rest of the year so every airport stays compliant and most of the savings stay with you.

€9.3M penalty exposure removed, 83% of tankering savings kept
AMS, ZRH and CDG were at 84–87% of fuel required on the demo airline’s year to date. Below 90%, ReFuelEU fines the whole gap to the fuel required. The plan for November and December brings all three above 90%, optimised in under a second.

Questions buyers ask

Do you submit the reports?
You do: ReFuelEU through the EASA Sustainability Portal, EU ETS to your administering authority, CORSIA to your State. FuelLedger prepares each one and keeps every number traceable for the verifier.
We are not in the EU. Does this apply to us?
ReFuelEU applies to every operator with 500 or more commercial passenger flights, or 52 or more all-cargo flights, a year departing Union airports, wherever it is based.
