What this website keeps, and why.

This page covers avioniqx.com. Data processed inside our products during a pilot or a subscription is covered by the agreement we sign with your company.

What we collect

• Nothing through the website itself: there is no form, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels.
• Your light or dark mode choice, kept in your own browser.
• If you write to hello@avioniqx.com: your message and the details you choose to send.

Why

Only to answer you and, if you ask for one, to prepare a pilot plan. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not add you to a newsletter.

Legal basis

Steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our products (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where and for how long

The website runs on Microsoft Azure in the European Union (Frankfurt). The hosting platform processes your IP address to deliver the pages; the website itself does not log your visits. Email sent to hello@avioniqx.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to our mailbox. We keep emails for 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them, unless we have signed an agreement with your company.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you under the GDPR. Write to hello@avioniqx.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
